Hand-picked · Suffolk only
Luxury holiday homes in Suffolk.
A small, considered collection of premium homes across the Suffolk Coast and the countryside behind it. Inspected in person, run by a local Superhost team, bookable direct — without the listing-site noise.
A different kind of luxury
Most "luxury holiday cottage" searches return the same handful of national listing sites — endless filters, glossy stock photos, no one to call. We are the opposite: a Suffolk-based team that only looks after Suffolk homes, runs them to Airbnb Superhost standard (4.97 stars), and answers the phone when you have a question about the village pub.
Every home in this collection has been visited by us. We know which one has the morning light, which one suits a multi-generational family, which one to send couples wanting a quiet wood-burner weekend in November.

Inland: Framlingham, Woodbridge, Saxmundham and the Bedfield countryside — castles, walled gardens, country pubs and proper quiet.

Best for hot tubs
Framlingham, Bedfield, the Suffolk-Norfolk border. Countryside homes built for cold-evening soaks.
Questions, answered
What counts as a luxury holiday home in Suffolk?
We define luxury by the things you feel rather than the things on a checklist: hospitality-grade linen, professionally styled interiors, a fully equipped kitchen worth cooking in, fast wifi, fresh flowers on arrival, and a local team you can actually reach. Every home in our collection is inspected to that standard before it goes live.
When is the best time to visit Suffolk?
May through September is peak coast weather. June brings the Aldeburgh Festival, August is family season in Southwold and Thorpeness, and September is our personal favourite — warm sea, empty beaches, restaurants quiet enough to walk in. Winter is wonderful for wood-burners, big skies and storm-watching from Walberswick.
Are your luxury homes dog-friendly?
Many are. Filter for dog-friendly on the booking site or message us and we'll match you to a home where the dog is genuinely welcome (not just tolerated). Suffolk's beaches and heathland are some of the best dog-walking country in England.
Do you have homes with hot tubs?
Yes, several. Hot tubs are most common in our countryside homes around Framlingham, Bedfield and the Suffolk-Norfolk border. Ask us if it's a non-negotiable and we'll send a shortlist.
How is booking direct better than Airbnb?
You pay no service fee, you talk to a real person in Suffolk, and you get more flexibility on dates and length-of-stay. The home is exactly the same, the price is lower, and we honour the same Superhost-level standards.
Plan your Suffolk stay with people who live here.
Tell us dates, party size, and what kind of escape you're after — we'll send a shortlist within the day.
