5.0Lovely house in a very quiet residential area. It was so quiet! It was the perfect base to explore the towns, villages and beaches of Suffolk. Both Waitrose and Tesco were 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

5.0Very much enjoyed our weekend break at this lovely little house, newly refurbished it was very clean and had everything you need. Close to the A12 so good links to explore the coast and beaches. We had food from the Golden fish bar and Nowruz both good and reasonably priced. Nearby you have a Tesco and Waitrose for essentials so the house is in a very convenient quiet location. Our host Lyster was very helpful and was quick to reply to our messages. All in all a great experience would definitely recommend.

5.0Great spot for exploring the Suffolk coast, with Aldeburgh nearby and Southwold, Dunwich Heath and other nice villages within a short drive too. There are a couple of nice places to eat within Saxmundham and 2 big supermarkets. The house had been newly renovated when we stayed and was in great condition with everything needed. The availability of Netflix was also a nice touch. Wifi was great, instant hot water, and comfortable beds and sofas. Lyster was also quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

5.0Our stay at Saxmunden was perfect. The house was newly furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and there was a nice outdoor space for breakfast. The host, Lyster was great. He kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok - which it was. Would highly recommend the place which is well place for the Suffolk coast and countryside.
